The Flame Broiler Opening on Vineland
The chain specializes in gluten-free beef and chicken bowls.
The beef and chicken bowls of The Flame Broiler will soon be served in North Hollywood.
The Orange County-based franchise, which also has locations in Arizona and Florida, is expecting to open for business in about eight weeks inside a shopping center at 5160 Vineland Ave., said President Young Lee.
The 1,200-square-foot unit could host up to about 30 customers at a time and provide take-out service, he said.

On its website, The Flame Broiler prides itself in dishes that are gluten free and don't include any frying, dairy, skin, added MSG or trans fat.
"The demand is there [in North Hollywood] for good, healthy food, that's for sure," Lee said.
