Hands For Hope 5K Walk Happening in North Hollywood Park Saturday

On Saturday, is holding its annual 5.

The day begins at N. Hollywood Park with a 5K walk leaving from the corner of Magnolia and Tujunga avenues. The walk ends back at North Hollywood Park for the "Kid's Healthy Activities Fair" and "A Taste Of No Ho" from 11:00am to 3:00pm.

About Hands For Hope:

For more than a decade, Hands For Hope has been providing free support to local children and single-parent households. Its three core programs are workshops for youth, teens and single parents, which center on education and exposure to the arts. Life skills are also taught, including college preparation for teens. Hands For Hope provides many helpful resources for single parents, all for FREE. There are programs devoted to improving your credit and fixing debt. There are also programs designed to help single parents cope with raising children without a partner. Hands For Hope sponsors many events including music programs and a 5k marathon.
