North Hollywood Man Placed Credit Card Skimming Devices in Gas Station Pumps, Police Say
Alvaro Molina was taken into custody about 1 a.m. by the Simi Valley Police Department.

Simi Valley police confirmed the early morning arrest Monday of a 27-year-old North Hollywood man on suspicion of stealing credit card information with skimming devices placed inside gas station pumps, according to the Ventura County Star.
Alvaro Molina was arrested on suspicion of identity theft, second degree commercial burglary, possession of burglary tools, felony vandalism, fraudulent use of a card scanning device, identity theft with prior convictions of identity theft, and forgery, according to the Los Angeles Daily News.
Molina was taken into custody about 1 a.m. after police said he was seen trying to recover a credit card skimming device from a gas station in the area of Stearns Street and Highway 118, according to the reports.
