Los Angles Police Department officers arrested two people who were allegedly in a stolen car that crashed into another vehicle on Venice Boulevard after a high-speed pursuit, is reporting. The chase reportedly started in Santa Monica, with Santa Monica College Police Department officers following the car, which was reported stolen in in North Hollywood.
