Police Seek Suspects In Unprovoked Fatal Shooting
One man was killed and another was wounded when they were shot in a seemingly unprovoked attack in Van Nuys Thursday night.

VAN NUYS, CA — Authorities Friday sought public help to find the suspects responsible for a shooting in Van Nuys that left a young man dead and another person hospitalized.
The crime occurred about 9:40 p.m. Thursday in the 7300 block of Vista Del Monte Avenue, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
Osvaldo Hernandez, 22, of Van Nuys died at a hospital, according to the LAPD. A second male victim, whose name was withheld, was hospitalized in serious condition.

They were standing outside when they were approached by an unspecified number of suspects, who, "without provocation, shot both victims multiple times before fleeing the area," according to the LAPD.
No suspect descriptions were released.
