A fundraiser for an organization benefiting wild horses is being held at Eclectic Wine Bar &amp; Grille on Nov. 3. Return to Freedom is a Lompoc-based horse sanctuary that recently acquired a herd of Challis from Idaho, according to the organization's website. A wild horse photo installation by photographer Elissa Kline will be set up at the event. There will also be a silent auction and wines by Beckmen Vineyards.
