1 Dead In Chatsworth Crash; 1 In Critical Condition

CHATSWORTH, CA — A two-vehicle collision in Chatsworth killed one person, left another in critical condition and injured two others.

The man, believed to have been in his 40s, died at the scene. His name was withheld, pending notification of his relatives.

One person was transported to a local trauma center in critical condition, authorities said. Two other people had minor injuries and were not transported.

The crash occurred around 8:09 a.m. near 20562 W Wood Rose Ct, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
