GRANADA HILLS, CA — Police were investigating drug overdoses Saturday that sent five people in an apartment building in Granada Hills to hospitals.

The patients were a 26-year-old woman, two 30-year-old women, a 30- year-old man and a 40-year-old man, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department's Nicholas Prange.

A press release from the Los Angeles Police Department said all five had stable vital signs.

Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 8:01 a.m. to 16950 W. Blackhawk St., said Prange.
Police asked that anyone with information on the overdoses contact detectives at 818-832-0609, 877-LAPD-24-7 after hours or Crime Stoppers at 800- 222-8477.
