Anti-Semitic Vandalism Hits Valley Storefronts
Several Valley businesses reported being tagged with anti-Semitic graffiti this week.
ENCINO, CA — Police asked for the public's help this week identifying a man suspected of vandalizing a Jewish religious supply store in Encino with a swastika.
Officers responded at around 12:20 a.m. Saturday to reports of vandalism on the 15000 and 16000 blocks of Ventura Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Surveillance video posted on Instagram by the store, Mitzvahland Judaica, shows someone spray painting something on the exterior of the building. The video shows a yellow swastika on the lower portion of a glass door, KTLA reported.

Another Instagram account showed other anti-Semitic vandalism in yellow spray paint said to have taken place in Encino around the same time.
