Apartment Building Near CSUN Sells for $11.25 Million
Varsity Club Apartments changes hands after 16 days on the market.
Remember your student apartment? Well, a 50-unit apartment building near Cal State Northridge sold recently after only 16 days for $11.25 million, according to the San Fernando Business Journal.
The 63,406-square-foot Northridge building at 10020 Zelzah Ave.—named Varsity Club Apartments—was built in 1990. It has 44 two bedroom units and six one bedroom units.
