Assembly Race Results: Chris Holden Gains 64% Of Votes
Assemblyman Chris Holden leads in the race to hold his seat, while Democrat Jesse Gabriel is topping the race in the 45th Assembly District.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Incumbent Chris Holden led Wednesday morning in the race for the 41st Assembly District seat, according to early results from the Los Angeles County's Registrar of Voters.
With 172 of 172 precincts reported, the Democrat received 64 percent of the votes compared to businessman Alan Reynolds with 23 percent of the votes.

The district encompasses much of the San Gabriel Mountains, including Pasadena, Claremont, South Pasadena and Monrovia.
In the 45th Assembly District race, businessman Jesse Gabriel had 42 percent of the votes with Cal State Northridge student Justin Clark trailing closely behind with 33 percent of the vote.

The 45th District includes the West Valley communities including Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Northridge and Encino.
