Driver In Fatal Rinaldi Street Hit-And-Run Sought
A driver in a black truck struck and killed a pedestrian in Mission Hills, leaving the man for dead in the road.
MISSION HILLS, CA — Police today are asking for help finding a hit-and-run driver, who killed a man in Mission Hills Wednesday.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the driver of a black Chevrolet truck was westbound on Rinaldi Street near Sepulveda Boulevard at about 9:50 Wednesday night when the crash occurred. The driver struck a pedestrian who was crossing outside o fa marked crosswalk.
The driver of the truck continued westbound on Rinaldi Street leaving the man in the roadway, according to the LAPD.

The pedestrian, a man believed to be 0 to 40 years old, was rushed by paramedics to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead. Police have not released his identity pending notification of his family.
