Firefighters Respond To 100-Acre Brush Fire In Santa Clarita
Evacuations have been ordered between Dockweiler Drive and Newhall Avenue, from the Antelope Valley Freeway to Valle Del Oro.
SANTA CLARITO, CA—A third alarm response has been requested for the "Elsmere Fire," which has blackened 100 acres of brush near the northbound Antelope Valley Freeway in Santa Clarita, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, which is being assisted by crews with the Angeles National Forest.

Residents between Dockweiler Drive and Newhall Avenue, from the Antelope Valley Freeway to Valle Del Oro have been ordered to evacuate.
The northbound Antelope 14 Valley Freeway is also closed at the Golden State Freeway in the Santa Clarita area due to visibility issues from the "Elsmere Fire," according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
