Paramedics evaluated one person at the scene for injuries.
CHATSWORTH, CA — A car fire spread from a garage to an attached home and threatened a neighboring unit in Chatsworth Wednesday. Paramedics evaluated one person at the scene for injuries.
The blaze broke out at 11:49 p.m. in the 10100 block of North Larwin Avenue, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.
"The fire appears to have started as an auto fire in the attached garage of one unit and extended fully into the garage," Stewart said. "The fire may have extended to an adjoining unit, firefighters are in the offensive mode on both checking for extension and conducting a primary and secondary search."
