Guilty Plea is Close in Case of Abducted Northridge Girl

A man charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old Northridge girl may be close to entering a guilty plea before his trial begins in October, KFI reports.

Tobias Dustin Summers is accused of abducting the girl from her home on March 27 and is facing dozens of other felony counts.

Summers was eventually caught and arrested in Mexico.
