More Buses Will Test Orange Line Route

Attention pedestrians and commuters along the Metro Orange Line Extension Project right-of-way adjacent to Canoga Avenue between Vanowen Street and the Chatsworth Station:

In preparation for the grand opening of the Metro Orange Line Extension, Metro is preparing to start Systems Testing along the Orange Line Extension. During this testing period, buses will intermittently run along the busway for testing purposes only. Please be advised that construction work will continue during this testing period.

WHAT: Systems Testing

WHEN: Starting Monday, June 4, 2012 thru Friday, June 8. The testing will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The construction work hours are approximately 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, weather permitting.
