Motorcyclist Ejected From Bike In Valley Hit-And-Run Crash, Driver At Large: LAPD

Police are seeking a driver who left a motorcyclist critically injured in a hit-and-run crash.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Police on Wednesday asked of the public's help finding a hit-and-run driver whose car struck a motorcyclist in North Hollywood, leaving the rider critically injured.

The crash occurred at around 8:50 p.m. Aug. 14, when a dark-colored 1990s Honda sedan made a U-turn at Clybourn Avenue and Lull Street and collided with a motorcycle that was heading southbound on Clybourn, the Los Angeles Police Department said in a release.

The motorcyclist was ejected from the bike and suffered critical injuries.

The driver of the sedan continued northbound without stopping, police said.

The city is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the suspect's identification, arrest and conviction.
