The school is listed at 736th in the list, which also notes that it is above the national average in terms of the "college readiness" of its students. That figure is based on the number of students passing their AP examinations. Schools in the list are measured against a number of other factors, including reading and math test score results and the performance of the school's least-advantaged students.
Northridge Academy High School at 9601 Zelza Ave. is one of 50 LAUSD schools that made the list. Nearby Granada Hills Charter High ranked 726. Chatsworth High School did not place in the rankings.
