Northridge Teen Charged In Deadly Party Shooting
Bail was set at $2million for a Northridge teen in the shooting death of a 21-year-old man at a house party.
NORTHRIDGE, CA — Two San Fernando Valley men pleaded not guilty Monday in the shooting death of a 21-year-old man at a Burbank house party.
Robert Allen Stout of Van Nuys and Jose Anthony Valdivieso of Northridge, both 19, are each facing a murder count and being held on bail of $3 million and $2 million, respectively. They were ordered to return to court April 8, when a date is expected to be set to determine whether there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial.
Prosecutors say Stout was the gunman who shot Christian Guevara shortly before 2:30 a.m. on March 2 following a fight outside a party in the 4000 block of West Clark Avenue.
