Police are hopeful that the public can help them locate a hit-and-run driver who hit and killed a 33-year-old man in North Hollywood in September.

It happened on Sept. 13 at around 2 a.m. near the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Craner Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
