Suspect Points Gun At LAPD Helicopter In Chatsworth: Police
The armed suspect has not yet been taken into custody, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Police are in a standoff with a suspect in Chatsworth who pointed a shotgun at a Los Angeles Police Department helicopter, according to the LAPD.
Officers responded to 20000 block of Tipico Street in Chatsworth shortly before 2:30 Friday in response to a report of a suspect inside the home armed with a shotgun, said LAPD Officer Jader Chaves.
The suspect went outside and pointed the weapon at an LAPD helicopter circling above, according to Chaves.

Shortly after 3 p.m., the suspect was seeing lying down near a pool in the backyard of the home with two guns nearby, according to authorities.
