SWAT Operation May Have Connection To Valley Hot Prowl Burglary: Reports
Multiple people were taken into custody early Friday morning after police served a series of search warrants at a Valley home.
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — Multiple people were taken into custody Friday after Los Angeles Police Department officers served a series of search warrants at a home in North Hollywood.
The operation was carried out at around 1:30 a.m. on the 11200 block of Kling Street between Elmer and Bellflower avenues, ABC 7 reported.
Multiple SWAT vehicles K-9 units and unmarked police vehicles were at the scene, ABC 7 reported.

Video from the scene showed a man in a green sweatshirt being arrested and several other suspects being interviewed by police.
An LAPD spokesman confirmed multiple suspects had been detained, but could not confirm the number of suspects.

The investigation may have been connected to a home invasion Thursday in Woodland Hills, in which officers responded to a call just before 5 a.m. of a hot prowl. Victims told police that five to seven men dressed in all black attire entered the home and left with property, NBC Los Angles reported.
