Teacher Accused of Molesting 9 More Youngsters

Paul William Chapel, charged with sexually abusing four children, has been accused of molesting nine other youngsters, the Daily News is reporting.

The former 3rd grade Telfair Elementary teacher from Chatsworth is charged in a revised criminal complaint with allegedly committing lewd acts against an additional five boys and four girls dating back to 2006.
