Vandals Darken Christmas Morning In Northridge
Residents in one Northridge neighborhood awoke to find their car windows shattered and their vehicles defaced with gang graffiti.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Vandals seemingly associated with the notorious MS-13 street gang terrorized a Northridge neighborhood Christmas morning.
Residents in the area of Corbin Avenue and Prairie Street awoke on Christmas morning to find their car windows shattered and the gang's moniker spray-painted on their vehicles, according to police.
Residents told FOX11, the damage was likely done sometime between 2:30 and 5 a.m. Wednesday. The outlet protected their anonymity due to fear of gang retaliation.

"It kind of killed Christmas morning," one resident told Fox. "It was dark."
About six vehicles were reportedly damaged, and due to the holiday, the residents could not get their vehicles repaired right away. The LAPD instructed residents to file police reports online.
