2 People, 2 Dogs Rescued From Submerged Car In NorCal: Video
The incident happened Friday.

MARIN COUNTY, CA -- Two people and two dogs were rescued Friday night after a car became submerged in water. Marin County Fire Department posted a video of the rescue on Twitter, urging the public to be careful during storms.
Fire officials said the rescue happened out of the Tomales Station with the help of crews from Sonoma County.
No other information was immediately available.
