How did this person, place or experience make a difference in your life or community this year?

Went beyond to arrange a gift for my daughter.

What would you like everyone in town to know about your nominee?

Margaret had a diamond bracelet repaired in time for my daughter's birthday. She was visiting from Chicago so timing was critical. Margaret put a rush on it and we were able to surprise my daughter just in time.

If you could tell them one thing, what would it be?

The customer service is amazingly personal. The staff are all wonderful, accommodating, kind and professional.

What’s something you love most about your town or community?

The fact that I am on a first name basis with all the shops/stores I frequent, and it's like I'm visiting friends when I shop.
