71-year-old Woman Reported Missing Located In Novato: Police

NOVATO, CA — The Novato Police Department notified the community that they had found a missing person Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The NPD reported Linda McKenzie, 71, of Novato had gone missing at around 12:45 p.m. Wednesday and was last seen at 925 Diablo Ave. in Novato.

She was reported last seen wearing a flannel shirt, jeans, brown shoes and brown fanny pack, police said.

Just after 1 p.m., the NPD sent out an alert stating McKenzie had been found safe, police said.
