MARIN COUNTY, CA -- A man was arrested for drunk driving Friday night in Marin County after he was caught driving on the wrong side of the road. The Sheriff's Office said he allegedly had cocaine for sale as well.
A patrol sergeant saw the driver go through the intersection of North San Pedro at Civic Center Drive, hit the center divider two times and then came to a stop facing the wrong direction, the Sheriff's Office said.
The sergeant pulled the car over and reportedly smelled alcohol right away. When the man was questioned why he was driving on the wrong side of the road, he told the sergeant that his windshield was foggy and couldn't see very well, the Sheriff's Office said.
