MILL VALLEY, CA — Devastating deforestation, threat of landslides and insincere advertisements are just some of the problems Mill Valley residents plan to confront PG&E about on Thursday in Mill Valley.

From 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Mill Valley Community Center, Mill Valley residents will share concerns with Dave Canny, PG&E regional vice president, on wildfire prevention, safety upgrades, local land use and more.

Some of the specific issues Mill Valley residents have submitted before the meeting include: loud generators causing noise and air pollution, poor engineering and construction of new SCADA towers in Enchanted Knolls threatening a landslide, unapproved felling of 130 trees and hillside deforestation at Hauke Park, and creating a public eyesore, according to a press release.
