Want To Tour A Marin County Cemetery This Weekend?

NOVATO, CA — Journey through the history of Novato at Pioneer Park on a cemetery tour that is sure to uncover secrets of the past.
From 9-10:30 a.m. on the third Saturday of every month, starting on May 17, join a group as they tour the Pioneer Park Cemetery located at 1007 Simmons Ln. in Novato.
On the tour they will share the stories of the pioneers that shaped the Novato community by learning about their lives and secrets of their pasts.
The tour will include some stairs and narrow paths. The tour is free but they accept $10 donations.

Historic Pioneer Park is located 1 mile west of downtown. The nine-acre, tree-lined destination was named as the oldest cemetery in the city.
