Novato Pedestrian-Friendly Weekend Event Cancelled Due To Storm
The Living Streets Program scheduled to be held Friday through Sunday (Oct. 22-24) will return for Halloween weekend (Oct. 29-31).
NOVATO, CA — A pedestrian-friendly Novato event scheduled for this weekend has been cancelled due to Pacific storm that’s expected to bring heavy rain.
The Living Streets Program scheduled to be held Friday through Sunday (Oct. 22-24) will return for Halloween weekend (Oct. 29-31).
Grant Avenue between Machin and Reichert avenues will be closed during the event.

The program runs through the weekend of Nov. 21.
“The Living Streets Program aims to create a safe, pedestrian and bicycle-friendly shopping, dining, and recreation environment,” city officials said in a statement.
