Man In Marin County Arrested In Connection With SF Murder: Police
The arrest comes the week after a fatal shooting in the Mission District.
NOVATO, CA β The Novato Police Department arrested a San Francisco man Wednesday who is suspected in the fatal shooting in the Mission District.
At 12:42 p.m. May 2, SF police said they responded to a report of a shooting on the 3000 block of 26th Street, found a man had been shot and paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. SFPD Homicide Investigators said they identified Trayvon Williams, 21, of San Francisco as the suspect involved in the murder.
At 8:31 p.m. Wednesday, Novato police said SWAT served a search warrant on the 400 Block of Alameda Del Prado. The SFPD, NPD and Marin County SWAT arrested Williams and he was booked into the San Francisco County Jail and charged with murder, police said.
