NOVATO, CA — Novato’s Planning Commission will hold a public hearing next week on proposed changes to the city’s municipal code for secondary housing units, sometimes called “granny units.”
The hearing is scheduled to be held Monday at 7 p.m. on Zoom.
The Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) and Junior ADUs are considered an important housing source.
