NOVATO, CA — Authorities have issued a traffic advisory for the area of Eldridge Court between Cambridge and Denlyn streets due to a structure fire, Novato police said in a 4:33 p.m. alert.

The streets in the area are blocked as crews battle the blaze, and motorists are advised to avoid the area until further notice.

No other residences are threatened, police said.
