NOVATO, CA — Novato is about to turn 62, and the North Bay city has unveiled plans for a community celebration.
The Jan. 22 bash will be held at the Bill and Adele Jonas Center (located at College of Marin’s Indian Valley campus) at 6 p.m.
The event is presented by Novato’s Paint the Town Red committee.

Novato’s Citizen of the Year will be honored at the event along with employees of the Year from the Novato Police Department and Novato Fire Protection District.
The Novato Chamber’s Large and Small Businesses of the Year will be honored too.
