The suspect rammed the RAV4 into a police vehicle after officers located her vehicle near Esperson Court and Drouin Drive, authorities said.

She fled westbound on Highway 12, according to police.

The Solano County Sheriff's Office and the CHP - Golden Gate Division Air Operations and CHP -

Golden Gate Division ground units assisted in the pursuit, police said.

“The driver went off the road several times, popping one of the Toyota's tires,” police said in a statement.

“The stolen vehicle driver continued driving on the flat tire until it rode on just the rim of the rear wheel. Eventually, the vehicle became stuck in a field on the north side of SR-12 west of 113, and the officers waited for backup from the Sheriff's Office and CHP.”

The suspect surrendered after her vehicle became stuck, police said.

“Even though no force was used during the arrest, our officers felt it would be wise to have the Montezuma Fire Protection District and Medic Ambulance Service check her out because the woman exited the car without her pants,” police said.

“We would like to thank our law enforcement and medical first responder partners for their assistance in the safe apprehension of a dangerous suspect.”
