Tri-City Healthcare District Teams Up with Fallbrook Healthcare District
The move is expected to provide Fallbrook residents with more services.

The Tri-City Healthcare District and the Fallbrook Healthcare District announced Friday they have entered in a joint powers agreement expected to provide Fallbrook residents with services that were previously unavailable.
Tri-City Medical Center plans to assist the Fallbrook Hospital with recruiting primary care physicians and develop a comprehensive care network, according to the announcement. It also plans to assess the needs of the community to identify gaps in coverage and later fulfill the requirements.
Patients in the Fallbrook district will have access to services at the Tri-City Medical Center such as the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System, neonatal intensive care services, complex orthopedic and neurosurgical services. (Additional services are listed in this Q&A.)

The agreement was months in the works and will enable the Fallbrook district to potentially expand its services, Tri-City Healthcare District CEO Larry Anderson stated.
“We will be able to execute strategies that have the potential to give residents of Fallbrook, and surrounding communities, access to the highest quality of healthcare, provided primarily in their local community," he stated. "We understand the burden of families having to travel to distant facilities in order to receive care.”
