Disneyland Forward spans four decades in total and raises the possibility of projects inspired by Black Panther, Coco, Frozen and other Disney properties, which could be hindered by existing planning and zoning guidelines, The Orange County Register reported.
Not included in the roughly $2 billion initial investment are additional projects Disney intends to fund such as a 17,000-space parking structure off Interstate 5, pedestrian bridges connecting the new eastside structure to the theme parks and other road improvements, according to KTLA.
