Golfers Will Take a Swing at 1st Annual Dragon Kim Foundation Tourney to Support Teen Service Programs

Best ball-style tourney to help support teen service projects is set for Monday, November 3, 2025 at Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine

Golfers are invited to take a swing at helping the nonprofit Dragon Kim Foundation (DKF) continue to implement its successful music program and teen Fellowship community service program established in honor of the late Dragon Kim by participating in the 1st annual DKF Golf Tournament.

In honor of Dragon’s birthday, the best ball-style tourney is set for Monday, November 3, 2025 at Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine, beginning with registration at 10 AM and the shotgun start at 11 AM. Dinner is at 5 P M.

Foursome are priced at $1,500 each, including dinner. Dinner only is $50 per person. A silent auction will feature premium Cohiba cigars, a golf foursome, a Rolex timepiece, dinner and entertainment at the Magic Castle, and more.

Strawberry Farms offers a challenging and fun location for golfers. The 18-hole, par 71 course is set amid canyons and wetlands and offers stunning vistas across the 35-acre reservoir, and rolling greens surrounded by wildlife and natural vegetation. The Club is located at 11 Strawberry Farm Road, Irvine, CA 92612.

“We warmly invite you to join us at DKF’s 1st Annual Golf Tournament,” said Kim. “Held in honor of the 10th year of DKF and Dragon’s birthday, whose memory continues to inspire and guide us. This event supports the organization as we swing into fun and enjoy an inspiring day of friendly competition on the links, a nice dinner, and an exciting auction.”

Kim explained that DKF offers two core program - the cornerstone of the Foundation is the Fellowship Program - and the Music Program. Both programs aim to give teens, regardless of socio-economic background, important opportunities to pursue what they enjoy, and in the process, make positive changes in their communities.
