What are you thankful for?

This Thanksgiving, I am reflecting on a very special family I once had the privilege to work with as their nanny. I feel incredibly thankful to have been one of three nannies trusted with the care of their children—a role that allowed me to form deep, lasting connections that I still cherish today.

From the beginning, I knew working for them was a unique and unforgettable experience. Not only were they the most generous and thoughtful employers I’ve ever had, but they also created an environment that felt like family. They opened doors to incredible experiences, from flying first class to breathtaking destinations like Manarola, Italy, to enjoying the serene mountains of Park City on private jets.

Their generosity extended beyond these travels, with thoughtful gestures that made me feel valued—a bottle of fine wine to take home or gourmet meals from five-star establishments shared with my family. For this family and the wonderful memories we shared, I am deeply grateful. I know this experience was truly one of a kind, and it’s something I’ll hold close to my heart forever.
