OC Dad Charged With Felony Abuse Of 2-Month-Old Son

The baby was admitted at Children's Hospital Orange County with injuries, leading police to arrest the father, officials said.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A 32-year-old man was charged Wednesday with abusing his 2-month-old son in Santa Ana.

Joel Molinas was charged with four felony counts of child abuse and endangerment with sentencing enhancements for causing great bodily injury on a child younger than 5, according to court records.

Molinas was accused of abusing the baby on Jan. 1 and Dec. 1, according to the criminal complaint.
