Orange County Woman Wins Grocery Outlet's 'Free Groceries For Life' Sweepstakes

WESTMINSTER, CA — An Orange County woman just won big, thanks to Grocery Outlet's "Free Groceries for Life" sweepstakes.

Annette Baker, of Westminster, and Michaele Webster of Hidden Valley Lake, were selected as grand prize winners for the sweepstakes. According to a Grocery Outlet news release, each grand prize winner will receive winnings valued at $240,000.

"The entire Grocery Outlet team is thrilled for the winners of the Free Groceries for Life sweepstakes," Grocery Outlet Representative Suzanne Ciechalski told Patch. "We know grocery proces are top of mind for families right now, so we're excited to be able to take one thing off peoples' plates, and to give back to our loyal shoppers."

"When I saw the commercial for Free Groceries for Life, I thought to myself, 'Why not me?,'" Baker said. "I couldn't believe it when I got the call and found out I'd actually won. This sweepstakes is making a huge difference in my family's life, and I'm grateful to Grocery Outlet for making it happen."

The sweepstakes ran from Jan. 8 through March 31. Grocery Outlet randomly selected 32 winners from all eligible entries to win a range of prizes, including the two grand prize winners who will receive free groceries for life, valued at $240,000.

Grocery Outlet also selected 10 people to win free groceries for a year — valued at $6,000 — and 20 people to win free groceries for a month — valued at $500.
