Pedestrian Struck And Killed By Pickup Truck In Huntington Beach
A woman was crossing the street when she was struck by the car Monday night, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department.
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA — Huntington Beach police are investigating the death of a pedestrian who died Monday night after she was struck by a car while crossing a street.
Drugs or alcohol do not appear to be factors in the collision, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department. The 58-year-old man who drove the Chevrolet Silverado that struck the woman stayed at the scene and cooperated with police officers, the Huntington Beach police said.
Police officers went to the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Yorktown Avenue around 6:20 p.m. regarding a traffic collision involving a pedestrian.

A woman was found in the middle of the street and was pronounced dead at the scene, Huntington Beach police said.
