Plane Crash Injures Teen, Woman In Orange County
Both a 20-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy were taken to area hospitals, authorities said.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Two people were taken to area hospitals after a plane crash Sunday in Orange County, according to authorities.
The incident occurred in the northeastern part of the field at John Wayne Airport in the 18600 block of Airport Way, the Orange County Fire Authority said in a social media post, adding the crash injured the pilot and a passenger, one of whom had to be extricated from the aircraft.
The victims were a 20-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy, according to City News Service, which reported it was unclear who was piloting the plane. Emergency personnel responded to the incident around 10:30 a.m.
