Semi Flips Near 55 Freeway, Snarls Morning Rush Hour Traffic: CHP
A semi trailer overturned amid foggy conditions early Tuesday morning, authorities said.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A semi trailer overturned in foggy conditions on the connector road between the eastbound Riverside (91) Freeway and the Costa Mesa (55 ) Freeway early Tuesday morning, delaying early morning traffic in Anaheim.
California Highway Patrol officers responded at approximately 2:45 a.m. Tuesday to the freeway connector where they found the fully loaded semi on its side, blocking three lanes of the 91 freeway, the CHP reported.
All lanes were reopened by 7:25 a.m.

According to reports from the scene, the driver was not injured in the crash.
