Therapist Molested Autistic Boy At His Home, DA Says

Salvador Armando Arriaga, 32, has been charged with molesting an autistic boy under the age of 14 during a session, prosecutors said.

GARDEN GROVE, CA — A 34-year-old behavioral therapist was charged with molesting an autistic boy in Garden Grove during a home therapy session, the Orange County District Attorney's Office said Wednesday.

Salvador Armando Arriaga, 32, was charged with one felony count of a lewd and lascivious act on a child under the age of 14 as well as an allegation that he went into the child's home with the intent to molest him.

Arriaga faces a maximum of 25 years to life if convicted, according to prosecutors.

He is currently being held in custody in lieu of $1 million bail.
