Peninsula Man Charged With Sexual Assaulting Minor
The sheriff's office believes there may be additional victims who have yet to come forward.
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — A Half Moon Bay resident is suspected of sexually assaulting a minor and additional sexual assault incidents in San Mateo County dating back to September 2018.
Cesar GomezPerez, 25, was arrested Tuesday in Half Moon Bay on charges of rape of a minor over 14, meeting a minor for sex acts and sex with a minor.
Detectives began investigating GomezPerez in October 2021 after receiving a report of a sexual assault of a minor. He was booked into Maguire Correctional Facility.
