Palisades' ROCA Pizza Celebrates Grand Opening Wednesday

Owned by the co-founder of California Pizza Kitchen, ROCA Pizza serves Roman-style pizza squares in Palisades Village.

PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — One of the Palisades' newest businesses, ROCA Pizza, is holding a grand opening celebration Wednesday with a ribbon cutting ceremony and discounted pizza

The celebration runs from 4:30-6 p.m. at ROCA in Palisades Village, 1061 N. Swarthmore Ave., according to the Malibu-Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce.

The location is ROCA's first permanent one. Owned by Rick Rosenfield – co-founder of California Pizza Kitchen – and his wife Esther, the restaurant serves Roman-style square slices with a variety of toppings, as well as other items.
