RANCHO MIRAGE, CA -- One person died Saturday in a drowning in Rancho Mirage. The incident was reported at 1:45 p.m. in the 10 block of Ridgeline Way, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Officials said eight firefighters responded to the scene, but the person had died.
No other information was immediately available.
