DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA — One person was rushed to a hospital Sunday after being extricated from a solo-vehicle crash in Desert Hot Springs, the Riverside County Fire Department announced.

The crash was reported around 9:55 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Highway 62 and North Indian Canyon Drive.

The single occupant of the vehicle was rushed to a hospital by ground ambulance after suffering moderate injuries and being extricated from the vehicle by firefighters.
